Cum să Faci Lichior de Vișine în Stil Românesc
Lichiorul de vișine este o băutură tradițională românească, apreciată pentru gustul său dulce-acrișor și aroma intensă. Prepararea acestui lichior acasă este un proces simplu și plăcut, iar rezultatul este cu siguranță o băutură delicioasă, perfectă pentru serile de vară sau pentru a fi oferită ca un cadou special.
Pentru a începe, ai nevoie de următoarele ingrediente: vișine proaspete, zahăr, alcool de calitate (de preferință vodcă sau țuică), și câteva condimente precum scorțișoară sau vanilie pentru un plus de aromă. Alegerea vișinelor este crucială pentru calitatea lichiorului; acestea trebuie să fie coapte, dar ferm și fără pete.
Procesul de preparare începe cu curățarea și dețelarea vișinelor. După aceea, vișinele sunt așezate într-un borcan mare, alternând straturi de fructe cu zahăr. Borcanul trebuie să fie închis ermetic și lăsat la macerat într-un loc răcoros și întunecos pentru câteva săptămâni. Pe parcursul acestei perioade, zahărul se va topi, iar vișinele vor începe să-și lase sucul.
După perioada de macerare, sucul obținut este filtrat și amestecat cu alcoolul ales. La acest punct, poți adăuga condimentele pentru a îmbogăți gustul lichiorului. Amestecul final trebuie să stea la odihnit pentru încă câteva săptămâni, perioadă în care aroma se va dezvolta și se va intensifica.
